Social Thinking originally had an eCommerce solution based on Joomla CMS which was difficult to maintain and made new feature implementation and planned integrations more complicated. The client requested the implementation of a scalable eCommerce solution which was to enable efficient catalog management, as well as retaining the existing database to run targeted marketing campaigns in the future.

Integration with Salesforce was set up with the aim of improving marketing activities and enabling personalized marketing campaigns for target customers.

Optimization and Upgrades
Infrastructure on MS Azure was optimized for a larger number of users and the first Sitecore upgrade to version 8.1 update 2 was conducted without any downtime in the production environment.
